The first few appointments with a physio always involve long conversations about your symptoms and what we can do to change them. This is the same whether you are speaking to a physio online or in person.
We will suggest easy steps for you to take at home to start improving your pain, in the same way that we would in a face to face clinic but without the inconvenience, cost and pain of travelling across the country to appointments with experts. You can work with your physio until your pain subsides, and if needed they’ll connect you to our network of medical specialists to support your recovery with the right tests and treatments for you.
Hands-on treatment is not always necessary, but if you and your physio agree that this would be useful in your recovery then you can go and see your physio in person in their clinic.
Both face to face and online follow up appointments are available.

Cancellations
Please note
A charge of 50% of the appointment fee will be made for any cancellations within 24 hours. Cancellations at more than 24 hours will have no charge and will be fully refunded.
Failure to attend: A refund will not be made if you do not attend your appointment at the allotted time and do not provide notice of cancellation beforehand.
