Some members of our team treat men and transgender people (pre or post gender affirming surgery) so please do get in touch using the form below if you would like to be booked in with the most appropriate physio.

  • When you have booked your appointment you will be sent a link to join your online session. At the time of your appointment click on this link and you will be able to speak directly to your physio.

In this first appointment your physio will ask you lots of questions about your symptoms and how they are affecting you, and you will build a plan of treatment together. There is a huge amount that can be achieved at home by yourself to change your pain. After your session you can book further appointments to see your physio online. Together you will decide whether you would benefit from seeing any of the other medical specialists within our network for further tests or treatment.

  • Ahead of your consultation you will receive an email with some health questionnaires to complete. Your specialist will ask questions to explore all aspects of your pain and listen carefully to ensure that your concerns are fully understood. Questions will include a discussion of your bladder, bowel and sexual health, and any symptoms of vulvar, vaginal, or sexual pain. You do not have to discuss anything that you do not want to.

Together you will make a plan for your treatment which may also involve being connected with our network of medical Consultants.

  • The most important aspect of physio treatment is understanding your symptoms, how they are affecting you, and creating your treatment plan. Since the revolution in online healthcare during the pandemic we know that this can be done sucessfully online.

The first few appointments with a physio always involve long conversations about your symptoms and what we can do to change them. This is the same whether you are speaking to a physio online or in person.

Hands-on assessment is not always necessary, your symptoms tell us a lot about your pain condition. We work closely with our medical colleagues to keep you safe. There are some symptoms that we would always advise you discuss with your GP and we would talk to you about this in your appointment.

If after your first assessment you and your physio agree that a hand-on physio assessment would be useful then you can see your physio in person in their clinic.

  • The first few appointments with a physio always involve long conversations about your symptoms and what we can do to change them. This is the same whether you are speaking to a physio online or in person.

We will suggest easy steps for you to take at home to start improving your pain, in the same way that we would in a face to face clinic but without the inconvenience, cost and pain of travelling across the country to appointments with experts. You can work with your physio until your pain subsides, and if needed they’ll connect you to our network of medical specialists to support your recovery with the right tests and treatments for you.

Hands-on treatment is not always necessary, but if you and your physio agree that this would be useful in your recovery then you can go and see your physio in person in their clinic.

  • Online payment is taken at the time of booking. Treatment bundles are available at reduced cost, please discuss this with your specialist. We do not currently accept health insurance.
